Step One
Call or stop by the office to have a FREE Confidential Consultation with Mr. Huntley. Mr. Huntley will go over your case with you and explain the penalties you are facing and what we can do to help fight your traffic ticket. When you come in or call there is some information we need from you to determine the best way to handle your traffic ticket. We need to know:
Step Two
Once you become one of our clients, your information will be entered in our computer system and we will arrange a date to handle your traffic ticket. We will need you to fill out a Waiver of Appearance form, which allows us to negotiate your traffic ticket without you having to appear in court. We will also need you to fill out our traffic ticket questionnaire. We can email these forms to you or you can find them on our website under Client Resources. Once you have filled out the forms, we will need you to send them back to our office along with a copy of your traffic ticket. You can send these documents to our office by email, fax, or mail. Once we have received your paper work, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your documents and the date that we have calendared to handle your traffic matter.
Step Three
We will appear on your court date and handle your traffic ticket. Once your traffic violation has been disposed of, you will receive a phone call or email from us explaining the disposition of your traffic matter. We will follow up this communication with a letter from our office explaining the results of your traffic ticket case along with a print out from the court showing that your matter has been disposed of.
