Banks Huntley

Banks Huntley is an experienced Charlotte criminal trial attorney whose practice focuses on criminal defense, DWI/DUI, and traffic tickets.  Mr. Huntley is a native Charlottean and graduate of Myers Park High School. After graduating from Campbell School of Law, Mr. Huntley worked for over four years as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of North Carolina.  Mr. Huntley was a prosecutor for Prosecutorial District Twenty-A, which encompasses Stanly, Richmond, and Anson Counties.  As an assistant district attorney Mr. Huntley had the opportunity to work in all three counties where he tried everything from a speeding ticket to a first-degree murder case.  As both a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor, Banks has handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases.  When you hire Mr. Huntley to handle your case, you know that you are in good hands.
